Variety is the Spice of Life

This is one of my tureen's collection

http://howsweetthesound.typepad.com

This is the first week of year 2010. It has been more than 2 months since I last joined in Show n Tell Friday and Pink Saturday. A big thank you to Cindy at My Romantic Home and Beverly at How Sweet The Sound for continously hosting these two weekly memes.

As for today, I am sharing with you my friends another variety of roses dishes collection which we called as 'Wild Roses" and as usual it is pink in colour. I can say that this pattern has quite a variety. As you can see, some has 4/5 roses and some with just 2/3 roses only. What makes me happy is to have a small tureen with this design in my collection. Tureen is something hard to get hold of. Im just lucky to get it but as you can see, there is a minor crack.

At the moment, i have 2 teapots, a pair of teacup, 2 platters, 2 sides plates, 2 dinner plates, 6 bowls and of course one lovely tureen to match with. Okay, lets enjoy it and happy viewing.

Thank you my friends for stopping by and leaving me your sweet comments. Do hop to Cindy's and Beverly's for more wonderful stories of Show and Tell Friday and Pink Saturday. Have a great weekend.

  26. I'm a day late and a dollar short with my Pink Saturday visits. The sun was shining too bright yesterday and just like a little kid I couldn't stop marveling at how lovely it was as it beamed through my lace curtains and puddled on the floor. My cats were in heaven.

So, here I am today, a little late but thinking that I got a bonus because I avoided all the traffic!

Lovely blog and the sweetest pinks that you shared. Thank you so much for making this such a lovely Sunday for me.

  27. Good morning Gee, I think the pattern is lovely and it's interesting too that the roses are not all the same. I believe that makes it all the better. A crack you say, it doesn't matter, we all have some cracks in us don't we and we still are beautiful. Happy Pink Saturday, Char
